Adopted industry-first Tri-Mode SerDes technology, it supports SAS, SATA and NVMe drives simultaneously without hardware modification. The 9400 series includes 8i,16i internal port models and 8e/16e external port models, this 16-port internal version is the high-density mainstream model for rack server mass storage expansion.
